Are you outgoing, bilingual in Spanish and English, and enjoy helping people? Bellevue GEICO Local Office is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Office Associate to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping customers find insurance coverage that fits their needs. Previous insurance experience is not required — we're willing to train the right person!

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with customers and prospective clients to develop business opportunities.
- Learn about customers' needs and explain insurance products and coverage options.
- Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Keep customer information and follow-up activities organized.
- Work with the team to meet agency goals and deliver a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.

- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Interest in sales and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

- Willingness to obtain the required state insurance license.
